A brewery favourite. This is essentially a hop forward Belgian style pale ale. Very much inspired by modern Belgian pale ales or even maybe a romanticised, historical, Russian Novella.
A very dry but delicate golden beer with a wonderfully complex aroma of rosewater, lychee, tropical fruits ad citrus. A perfect accompaniment to robust cheese or thirsty friends.
